Kaidi combines mold engineering, scientific injection-molding trials and production on machines ranging from 100 to 1380 tons. Before tooling is released, the engineering review can address wall thickness, draft, parting lines, gate and ejector locations, undercuts, weld-line risk, critical dimensions, surface requirements and product marking. Moldflow analysis is used to evaluate filling behavior, pressure, flow-front temperature and potential weld lines. During trials, processing windows are documented rather than relying on a single machine setting.
For procurement teams, this integrated route reduces handoffs between the toolmaker, molder and finisher. Parts can move from tooling and molding to buyer-specified spray finishing, inspection and assembly within one project structure. The supplied project list includes rigid parts in ABS, PC, PC+ABS, PP, PP+EPDM-T20 and PA66+GF30, plus a silicone cushion component managed within the charging-dock assembly scope. Final resin grade, color, dimensional requirements and appearance criteria are locked to the approved RFQ and drawing.
