A PP radiator cover molded to protect the cooling area while maintaining airflow, mounting accuracy and service access.
The radiator cover combines a protective shape with airflow openings, mounting features and clearance to nearby vehicle components. Kaidi's tool review addresses thin sections, ribs, vent geometry, gate position, ejection and the risk of distortion across the open structure.
PP is the material specified by the client. The buyer must identify the exact heat-stabilized grade, color, impact requirement and exposure to coolant, cleaners, fuel splash or road debris. Molded-in color and texture are typically the most direct finish route for PP; any painting requirement needs a defined pretreatment and adhesion validation.
