This sidecar center canopy panel links neighboring exterior sections, so its profile and attachment datums directly affect the complete canopy fit. Kaidi's DFM review focuses on wall balance, ribs, draft, ejection, gate position and the long edges that mate with the front and rear panels.
ABS is the specified base material. The production grade must be selected for the actual impact, heat and outdoor exposure, and a validated coating is required where the raw grade does not meet the appearance or weathering target. Kaidi's molding and painting capabilities can be managed as one process with a common master sample and inspection plan.
