An ABS center frame molded to align adjoining housings, controls and internal appliance components.
The center frame acts as a dimensional bridge between visible covers and internal components. Kaidi reviews the complete assembly model so that openings, bosses, snaps, ribs and mating datums are coordinated before tooling. Moldflow helps identify filling and weld-line risks around the frame's open geometry.
ABS is the client-specified material. The exact grade must reflect the appliance's heat, flame, cleaner, color and regulatory needs. Kaidi can supply the frame as molded or with a specified finish, then inspect the critical interfaces against the approved drawing.
