Kaidi's finishing workshop includes three intelligent three-coat/two-bake spray lines , two robotic spray arms and six UV-curing groups. The setup supports programs that require repeatable application and a defined transition from molded substrate to finished component.
A production finish is approved against an agreed master rather than a color name alone. The project specification should identify substrate resin and grade, color reference, gloss range, texture, masking boundaries, coating stack, cure requirement, acceptable appearance defects and any adhesion, abrasion, weathering or chemical-resistance tests. Kaidi's measuring-room equipment includes a standard color light box for appearance comparison. When Kaidi also molds the substrate, mold texture, gate location, sink control and coating coverage can be reviewed together, reducing disputes between separate molding and painting suppliers.
