A custom ABS support bracket built around mounting datums, local stiffness and reliable appliance assembly.
This support bracket is a buyer-specific molded component rather than a standard hardware item. The drawing controls the mounting interfaces, supported load, bosses, holes and clearance to nearby parts. Kaidi's DFM process reviews rib layout, wall thickness, draft, ejection and weld-line risk before tool approval.
ABS is the demonstrated material, but the production grade must be selected for the actual temperature, flame, chemical and load conditions. Where the bracket is internal and non-cosmetic, process and dimensional stability take priority; any visible or coated requirement is added explicitly to the specification.
