A PC+ABS fixing bracket manufactured around mounting datums, fastener features and the charging-dock assembly stack.

The charging-dock fixing part is a functional molded component whose value is determined by its interface accuracy rather than a cosmetic catalog specification. Kaidi reviews wall thickness, ribs, bosses, draft, ejection and weld-line location so that the tool supports the required mounting geometry.

PC+ABS is the specified resin family. The buyer should define the exact grade, load, temperature, fastener torque, creep expectation and any flame requirement. If the bracket shares an assembly with Kaidi-molded housings, the project can be checked as a combined interface set.

This PC+ABS fixing bracket is a functional retention part rather than a styling shell. Kaidi's DFM work should concentrate on the load path between fasteners, boss and rib support, notch sensitivity and assembly access. Gate and weld-line locations should be kept away from the highest stressed sections identified by the buyer.

Approve hole and slot position, installed alignment, fastener torque and bracket deflection under the specified load. Cosmetic criteria should be limited to handling defects unless the bracket remains visible in the finished dock.

Provide the dock structure, fastener specification, static and repeated loads, PC+ABS grade, critical datum scheme, assembly sequence, annual volume and required mechanical tests.
