Product Description:

Matched PC+ABS front and rear housings developed for interface alignment, clean assembly and a controlled operator-facing surface.

A controller enclosure must hold its external profile while aligning fasteners, connector openings, display/control features and internal clearances. Kaidi reviews both housing halves as an assembly so that datum strategy, wall thickness, ribs, bosses, snaps and parting lines are coordinated before tooling release.

PC+ABS is the specified material. The buyer must name the exact grade and any flame, impact, heat, chemical or electrical requirement. Kaidi can mold, finish and assemble the housings, but product-level safety approval remains tied to the complete controller design and the specified material/document package.

Robotics and office-automation components are listed among Kaidi's established product sectors. For paired controller housings, the front face, rear cable exits, internal board supports and perimeter joint must be engineered as one enclosure. Kaidi's DFM review can align bosses, ribs, vents, undercuts and ejectors before the mold pair is released.

Build approval around enclosure fit, perimeter gap, connector and display openings, PCB or component standoffs and screw-boss integrity. Separate cosmetic limits for the operator-facing front from functional limits on the rear and inside surfaces.

RFQ
Provide the complete controller assembly, PCB and connector keep-outs, PC+ABS grade, flame requirement if applicable, texture/color master, fastening torque, inspection datums and demand.
