A molded PC front canopy panel for motorcycle sidecar assemblies, developed around long-edge fit and outdoor service requirements.
The sidecar front canopy panel is a custom exterior component with broad surfaces and long mating edges. PC is specified in the client product list, but the required weatherability, impact level, color and coating cannot be determined from the generic polymer name alone. Those requirements are locked to the exact grade and finish system.
Kaidi reviews ribs, wall transitions, draft, mounting points and gate location to manage filling and deformation. The part can be matched to adjoining canopy panels using controlled datums or an assembly fixture. If a UV/weather coating is required, substrate preparation, appearance and environmental validation are included in the finishing specification.
