A PC rear canopy panel molded for controlled profile, secure mounting and defined outdoor appearance.
The rear canopy panel completes the sidecar exterior enclosure and must align with the center panel and supporting frame. Kaidi treats the component as a custom program: the buyer's assembly model defines the critical datums, gaps, hole positions and edge condition, while DFM and Moldflow guide the tool and filling strategy.
PC is listed as the material. The exact grade and coating system must be selected for the required impact and outdoor exposure. Kaidi can coordinate tool trials, molding and finishing, but no blanket UV or weather-life claim is applied without the corresponding material/coating specification and test method.
