The rear wheel cover is a custom protective part that must maintain clearance to the tire and suspension while resisting splash and everyday road impact. Kaidi reviews profile, ribs, mounting bosses, edge return, draft and gate location before tool build so that the molded geometry can be controlled across the full part.
PP is the demonstrated material. The buyer should specify the exact grade, low-temperature impact requirement, UV exposure, color and chemical-splash conditions. If the part is unpainted, texture and molded-in color become primary appearance controls; if coated, adhesion preparation must be defined for the selected PP grade.
