A visible ABS mirror cover developed for controlled gaps, clean edge transitions and the specified painted or molded-in appearance.
The rearview mirror decorative cover is a styling surface and an assembly interface at the same time. Kaidi reviews draft, wall balance, gates, ejectors, clips and local ribs so that tooling decisions do not create avoidable read-through, weld lines or deformation in the visible zone. The part can be supplied as molded or routed through Kaidi's spray-finishing workshop when the drawing calls for a coated appearance.
Procurement approval should be based on the exact vehicle-side mating model, a defined gap-and-flush requirement and a signed color/gloss master. The final ABS grade, coating stack and environmental tests are part of the project specification; they are not inferred from the generic product name.
