Product Description:

A PC+ABS front housing for robot charging equipment, molded around docking interfaces and visible-surface requirements.

The charging-dock front housing protects internal components and establishes the user's visual impression of the equipment. Its geometry may also control openings, docking clearances and fastener interfaces. Kaidi uses DFM and Moldflow to review wall balance, ribs, bosses, gates, weld lines and draft before tool build.

PC+ABS is listed for this part. Indoor/outdoor use, flame rating, impact, UV exposure, cleaning chemicals and the exact color/finish must be defined by the buyer. Kaidi's spray workshop can support a specified finish after substrate and coating compatibility are approved.

The charging-dock front housing is a visible automation enclosure with alignment responsibilities around sensors, connectors or user-access openings. Kaidi can review the PC+ABS wall and rib system with Moldflow, then coordinate molded appearance or a specified painted finish through its integrated molding and spray route.
