Product Description:

A glass-fiber-reinforced nylon adapter molded for functional stiffness and controlled charging-dock interfaces.

This charging-dock adapter uses PA66+GF30, a reinforced engineering material selected for functional parts that need higher stiffness than an unfilled housing resin. The mold and gate strategy must account for fiber orientation, weld-line location, shrinkage and the geometry of load-bearing interfaces. Kaidi's DFM and Moldflow capabilities are directly relevant to these decisions.

The exact resin grade, moisture-conditioning state, temperature range, load case and any flame/electrical requirement must be named in the drawing. Dimensional approval should be made in the specified conditioned state because PA66 properties and dimensions are moisture-sensitive.
